EXPERIENCE

Mr. Peldyak’s experience emphasizes appellate litigation and general litigation involving real estate, contested probate matters, aviation, and transportation law. He is also an arbitrator in the Mandatory Cook County Arbitration program.

Mr. Peldyak has represented various small to medium size trucking companies in collections, defense of damage to goods, tariff regulation (landmark case in Phillips Electric v. Seko Messenger re: tariffs), etc. as well as numerous foreclosure suits for St. Anthony Savings.  Mr. Peldyak previously served as house counsel for Avondale Savings and has represented American National Bank.

Mr. Peldyak was formerly a founding member, corporate secretary, and director of MegsInet, Inc., a start-up Internet service provider, taking the company from zero customers to more than 50,000 customers in less than three years.
